Organization Management – Change History

The Change History tab, accessed from the top of the Organization Management page provides a detailed audit trail of changes made to departments and your organizational structure. It enables administrators to track structural updates, monitor data quality, and review the status of organization‑related actions. This supports transparency, data quality, and governance.

Changes made in the last 6 months by all administrators with permission to manage this section are shown.
